Puppies at 10 Days Old

It's astonishing that Lily's puppies are already 10 days old. They've doubled their weight, now ranging between 3 and 4 pounds, and are filling out beautifully, with some appearing pleasantly plump. Although their eyes and ears are beginning to open slightly, they still cannot see or hear.

The Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) exercises are progressing smoothly, with a few pups struggling but most simply cuddling up and enjoying the human touch. Lily is dedicated to attending to all their needs. Puppies exhibit many similarities to infants—they spend most of their time sleeping, cry when hungry, and enjoy time spent with their Mom eating.
